Your traffic did not drop. Google stopped sending it.
On May 14, 2024, Google started answering your customers' questions before they ever reached your site. Nobody sent you a warning email. This is the book about what actually happened, and about the channels that still work now that it has.
Six questions. Tick three and this book was written for you.
Tick the ones that sound like you.
This was not a penalty, and you did not do anything wrong.
Google changed what a search result is. The answer now sits at the top of the page, assembled from sites like yours, and most people never scroll past it. Four independent studies measured what that does to clicks, using four different methods, and they all point the same way.
Twelve chapters. Four parts. One working plan at the end.
Short on purpose, because you are busy. Specific on purpose, because you have heard enough soft advice.
The diagnosis. No tactics yet. This part will probably make you angry.

This book spends twelve chapters on how the marketing industry sells small business owners repackaged nothing. It would be strange to sell it to you using the same tricks. So, plainly:
- × No countdown timer. The price is the price tomorrow too.
- × No fake original price crossed out to make $19 feel like a rescue.
- × No invented testimonials. When real readers send notes, they go here.
- × No upsell sequence after checkout. You buy a book, you get a book.

Hear about them when they are ready
No dates promised, no pre‑payment taken. One email per book, when the book actually exists.
The things people ask before buying.
What format is it, and how do I get it?
A PDF, sized for reading on a laptop or tablet and for printing if you prefer paper. The download link arrives by email within a minute of checkout.
Is this just SEO advice with a new name on it?
Partly, and the book says so directly. Google itself confirmed in 2026 that answer engine optimization and generative engine optimization are not separate disciplines. Anyone selling you a special AI package is selling the old package with a new sticker. The larger half of this book is about the channels that do not depend on Google at all.
My business is not a local service business. Is it still relevant?
Yes, with a caveat. The diagnosis and the rewrite framework apply to any site that used to get search traffic. The channel chapters lean toward local service work, so if you run a content site or a store you will be adapting some examples rather than following them exactly.
Will this get my rankings back?
No, and be careful with anyone who says otherwise. The search results your traffic used to come from have structurally changed. The book is about getting cited in the new format where that is possible, and about building the channels that do not depend on Google where it is not.
What if it is not useful to me?
Reply to your receipt email and I will refund you. Keep the file. Asking you to delete a PDF would be theatre, since I have no way to check and no interest in trying. If the book did not help you, I would rather not have your nineteen dollars.
Do I have to buy the other books?
No. This one is a complete working foundation on its own. The others go deeper in one direction each, for readers who want that.
The traffic is not coming back on its own.
Nineteen dollars and one evening to understand what happened and what to do about it.
