Refunds

If the book wasn't useful to you, email hello@zerotrafficgrowth.com — or just reply to your receipt — and I'll refund you. No form, no explanation needed. Ask any time within 30 days of buying it.

Keep the file either way. Asking you to prove you deleted a PDF would be theatre: I have no way to check and no interest in trying. If the book didn't help you, I'd rather not have your nineteen dollars.

How the refund actually happens

Payments for this store are handled by Paddle.com, acting as merchant of record. Once I confirm a refund, Paddle sends it back to your original payment method — it typically lands within 3–5 business days, sometimes a bit longer depending on your bank or card issuer.

Wrong or damaged file

If the download doesn't open or you got the wrong file, that's on me — email the address above and I'll get you a working copy immediately, no need to ask for a refund for that.

Anything else

Order questions, a missing receipt, a payment that didn't go through — same address: hello@zerotrafficgrowth.com. I read and answer these myself, usually within a day or two.
