These terms cover your purchase of From 10,000 Visitors to Zero (and any other book in the series) through zerotrafficgrowth.com. By buying a book here, you agree to them.

What you're buying

A digital book (PDF and/or EPUB), delivered by download link straight to your inbox after checkout. It's a one-time purchase — no subscription, no recurring charge.

Payment & who you're actually buying from

Checkout is handled by Paddle.com, who act as the merchant of record for this sale. That means your receipt, your card statement, and the actual contract of sale are with Paddle, not with me directly — Paddle collects the payment, handles tax, and processes any refund. I supply the product; Paddle handles the transaction.

Using the book

Buying a copy gives you a personal license to read it and use what's in it for your own website or business. Please don't redistribute, resell, or republish the file itself — if you want to share a chapter or quote with a colleague, that's fine, just don't hand out the whole PDF.

Refunds

Full details are on the Refunds page. Short version: if the book wasn't useful, email me within 30 days and I'll refund you, no questions asked.

No guarantees

The book describes patterns, strategies, and a plan based on real research and my own experience. It can't promise specific traffic, rankings, or revenue results for your particular site — nobody honestly can, and anyone who tells you otherwise is selling something. You're responsible for how you apply what's in it.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, I'm not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the book. If something in these terms conflicts with a law that protects you as a consumer, that law wins.

Changes

I may update these terms occasionally as the store or the book series evolves. The current version is always the one on this page.
